  • 1.3 Service Modifications: We reserve the right to update our website, pricing, and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

2. Custom Pet Urn Orders & Payments

  • 2.1 Personalisation Accuracy: Our photo-wrapped pet urns are bespoke items. You are solely responsible for ensuring the high resolution of uploaded photos and the accuracy of names, dates, or quotes provided. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

  • 2.2 Order Acceptance: Receipt of an email confirmation does not constitute a final contract. Rapt In Rainbows reserves the right to decline orders that contain low-quality imagery, inappropriate content, or suspected fraudulent payment activity.

  • 2.3 Pricing & Currency: All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Total costs, including shipping and applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout.

  • 2.4 Payment Terms: Full payment is required via our secure gateways before we begin the design or manufacturing process of your custom pet tribute.

3. Production Timelines & Shipping

  • 3.1 Handcrafted Production: Because each personalised pet urn is custom-made, production times may vary. We provide estimated lead times, but these are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • 3.2 Delivery & Logistics: We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your memorials across Australia and beyond. Rapt In Rainbows is not responsible for transit delays caused by third-party carriers or customs inspections.

  • 3.3 International Duties: For orders outside of Australia, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • 4.1 Custom Sales Policy: Due to the highly personalised nature of photo-wrapped urns, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • 4.2 Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once our design team begins processing your pet’s imagery, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • 4.3 Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your memorial arrives defective or damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will prioritise a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
